    Shipping rates

    SETUP -> Shipping rates

    This is where you can set up your default export shipping rates. These rates are applied as default costs on any Sales with the matching combination of shipping agent, load port, and discharge port. Shipping rates are not added to sales that have an Incoterm of FOB, FAS or EXW (as the customer pays the freight)

    These shipping rates are a "live connection" so if you modify these rates, they will ripple out to corresponding sales, except if actual shipping rates have been entered or grower payments have been processed (hence locking sale costs).

    The list shows the total NZD and USD values based on today's exchange rate so you can compare costs from different companies.

    • Load port - port of loading (from SETUP -> Locations).
