SETUP -> Tasks

Manage masterdata jobs and email alerts generated by snapSales, including recipients and frequency of alert emails. If active, these tasks will run automatically. Press Play now to run manually.

• Type - select the type of task. Once selected, a description of this task will display.
• Recipients - only visible for certain types. More than one email address can be entered using a ; separator.
• Due time - the next date/time you would like to run this task. The repeat times will then base the Next run time on this. If this time is in the past, the task will run now.
• Repeat month - if the task is to be repeated in month increments, enter the increment of months, eg enter 1 to run monthly.
• Repeat days - if the task is to be repeated in day increments, enter the increment of months, eg enter 7 to run weekly.
• Repeat hours - if the task is to be repeated in hour increments, enter the increment of hours, eg enter 12 to run twice a day.
• Repeat minutes - if the task is to be repeated in minute increments, enter the increment of minutes, eg enter 30 to run half hourly.
• Active? - untick if no longer used, will disable.

Applies to:

• Trader - only available for certain Types, eg Import trader masterdata. Enter the trader this task pertains to.
